Blue Cross Blue Shield*, United HealthCare, Cigna*, Humana* & Aetna* plans will be accepted for flu vaccinations.

*We are unable to accept Cigna Local Plus plans.

**We are unable to accept Aetna Gold, Silver or Bronze plans

You must bring a photo copy of your insurance card and primary insured’s drivers license.

*Select plans do not cover flu vaccination. We are unable to accept HMO plans with the exception of the TRS ActiveCare Baylor Scott and White HMO.

Adults with no insurance and children with insurance other than one of our accepted insurance plans.

Quadrivalnet protects against four types of flu.

Children under 18 who don’t have ANY insurance and qualify for Texas Vaccines for Children:

$10 per flu vaccination
