About Mrs. French

Welcome to a brand-new school year! I am so excited to begin this journey with you and to have the opportunity to teach and learn alongside such an incredible school community. I have been in education for 27 years. I am married and I am mom to 3 boys (ages 16, 19, and 30). I love to travel with friends and family and I also love to watch my boys play sports! 

This year, I am especially excited about the classes we will be sharing together. Each class brings its own opportunities to learn, explore, create, and grow. My goal is to make our classroom a place where students feel encouraged to ask questions, share their ideas, challenge themselves, and discover new strengths. I hope we will not only learn the content, but also build confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning along the way.

To my students: I want you to know that your voice, your ideas, and your unique perspective matter. I am excited to get to know each of you and to see the ways you grow throughout the year. There will be challenges, successes, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate how far you come. Come ready to participate, try new things, and give yourself permission to learn from both your successes and your mistakes.

To my students' parents: Thank you for being part of this journey. I am excited to collaborate, share ideas, learn from your experiences with your child, and have you involved in contributing to the amazing work happening in our school. We know that a successful school year is built through teamwork, encouragement, and a shared commitment to our students.

As we begin this new school year, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for all that is ahead. I can't wait to see the relationships we build, the lessons we learn, and the memories we create together.
