About Mrs. Sopish

Welcome! My name is Mrs. Sopish, and I am teaching a newer class to CJH -- Principles of Community Service also known as Canton Core 101 (required for all 7th graders). This is my 11th year at Canton Junior High and 14th year teaching. Most of my childhood was spent in Canton, and I feel incredibly blessed to teach in the district and community that has given me so many incredible memories and shaped me into the person I am today. In addition to being a tried and true Canton Eagle, I am a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University (Whoop!). I am married with three boys that keep me on my toes most days. I enjoy reading, shopping, and watching Aggie sports. I can’t wait to get to know each and every one of my students, and I am looking forward to another great year at CJH!
